Brittney is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Connecticut Licensed Behavior Analyst. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Human Development from Binghamton University in 2022 and her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Western Connecticut State University in 2024.

Brittney started with PIERPOINTE® as a Behavior Technician (BT) and steadily advanced within the organization, serving as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Lead RBT, and now as a BCBA. Her professional growth reflects both her dedication to the field and her commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Brittney is passionate about the field of ABA and has worked with a wide range of individuals, diverse in age and background. In 2025, she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and remains committed to improving and supporting the lives of individuals and their families through evidence-based practices.
